Broad Reach Retail Partners, LLC contacted us for help when they were setting up their Baltimore office. We installed a Windows 2003 Server™, an Endian™ firewall and provided continuous off-site backup. The computers at their satellite offices in Virginia Beach, Virginia, and Atlanta, Georgia, connect every day to use their accounting software and retrieve or deposit files on their file server.

O’Conor and Mooney Realtors

We installed a Windows 2003™ server, AVG Anti-Malware Network Edition™, and an Endian™ firewall for O’Conor and Mooney Realtors. When one of their fifty agents walks into the office, they can sit down at any workstation, log in, and all of their files and desktop are automatically available to them. All workstations are protected from viruses and malware automatically. Agents are also able to log in remotely and utilize the file server securely.

Johns Hopkins University’s HiT Center Labs

Twenty-five Macintosh laptops connect every day to the Mac OS X Server™ we installed at Johns Hopkins University’s High Thouroughput Biology Center laboratories. Each time a graduate student connects their laptop to the network, their files are automatically backed up to the server. The server is connected to a three-terabyte, RAID-10 Coraid™ disk array that is backed up off-site once a month. If a laptop is ever lost or damaged, all work is immediately available by logging in to the server.

IDFive

IDFive contacted us to resolve their continuing problems with multiple logins to various services. We installed a Windows 2003 Server™ and now a single login and password for each user allows them access to their file servers and virtual private network. Their files are automatically mirrored and previous versions of their files are available at the click of a mouse.
